Job Title :
APAC CX Presales Consultant
Responsibilities :
- To build pipeline for Global and Regional CX Solutions;
- To deliver technical pre-sales consulting services/support to existing and new target customers for the Global and Regional CX solutions and associated services with the primary focus on Global UVANCE CX solutions including some third party solutions;
- To establish credible and respected business and technical pre sales relationships with existing and new target customers;
- To describe and articulate complex technical features in ‘business’ terms and equivalents e.g. shopper journey, business outcomes;
- To own the definition, support design and build/customisation of product demonstration tools for regional CX solutions where necessary for use in internal and customer-facing business development meetings;
- To support APAC countries and where necessary lead in the completion of written bid responses (RFI and/or RFP);
- To support the design and build of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and PoC solutions for business development purposes where necessary;
- To handover to delivery team after the deal is closed;
- To support and where necessary lead in sales training activities for internal stakeholders;
- To attend and support customer-facing sales activities at key industry events;
- To support competitive benchmarking activities to inform business development and sales activities.
- To support new product development activities with relevant market and customer intelligence;
- To act as the pre-sales ‘bridge’ between the Global CX retail and the regional retail business
- To feedback to the Global CX team the key product technical trends in the regional market, key customers’ needs and portfolio requirements to help shape the Global CX portfolio, global and regional retail business development plan and relevant assets (Retail Academy etc.)
Job Requirements :
The candidate should be able to demonstrate the following :
Qualifications :
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the retail industry – different segments, retailers, core retail processes, market/shopper trends, ICT solutions and services
- Minimum 5 years technical pre-sales consulting customer-facing role experience
- Technical understanding and experience of pre-selling digital commerce/PoS and associated retail solutions (including automated checkout, mobile, self service, order management, loyalty and retail data analytics).
- Track record of leading enterprise level presales engagement, experience hitting deadlines and managing team in the engagements
- Experience in owning, customizing and presenting retail solutions
- Experience in drafting sales documents and bid responses for RFI/RFP activities;
- Experience in leading and supporting internal sales training activities;
- Some experience working in and with different regions – ASEAN/ APAC
Skills :
- Excellent communication (written/spoken), negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to translate complex technical features into ‘business’ terms and equivalents e.g. shopper journey, business outcomes
- Confident in engaging with CXO and senior customers in formal and informal settings
- Excellent presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a very fluid environment where traditional approaches don’t apply
- Ability to deliver through influence and working in highly matrixed organizations
- Working with both junior and executive stakeholders within and outside Fujitsu
- Good Command of Thai/ English (written/spoken)
- Commercial awareness and good numerical skill
