Sunnyvale, CA., January 15, 2019 – Fujitsu RunMyProcess today announces a new partnership with Okin BPS to migrate and modernize IBM Notes applications for customers worldwide. RunMyProcess, Fujitsu’s high-productivity cloud platform, has teamed up with leading global professional services provider Okin BPS (Business Process Services) to provide accelerated digital transformation for enterprises still using IBM Notes – the collaboration suite formerly known as Lotus Notes.
This will rapidly replace siloed, disconnected legacy apps with new business solutions that integrate end-to-end business processes and systems. The new alliance leverages the secure, global and market-leading combination of Fujitsu RunMyProcess’ high-productivity platform and Okin’s global professional services and support. Together, the companies are offering a rapid, reliable and seamless enterprise migration from IBM Notes to cloud-based office suites such as Google Apps or Microsoft Office 365, with a complete package of platform and migration services.
Following IBM’s recent sell-off to HCL, many enterprises are considering a move away from the IBM Notes suite – and need expert support in migrating to a more modern solution. Many Fujitsu RunMyProcess customers have enjoyed these benefits, with thousands of IBM Notes applications already migrated across a range of sectors and geographies. Fujitsu RunMyProcess and Okin aim to enable fast and secure delivery of connected applications, driving innovation by extending enterprise systems and processes to the people, clouds, and devices of the digital world.

Dan Smith, CEO at Okin BPS, says: “By working together with Fujitsu RunMyProcess, we believe that our expertise in comprehensive services and business processes can address the technical needs of enterprises that need to successfully exit from legacy systems and transition to the cloud. We look forward to growing our business together with Fujitsu RunMyProcess.”
Vic Herring, Head of Global Sales and Marketing at Fujitsu RunMyProcess, comments: “By enabling our customers to gain access to the latest cloud-based digital services, we expect our partnership will provide unparalleled opportunities for enterprises to increase productivity and deliver digital innovation. This exciting new partnership with Okin will provide the skills and services necessary for enterprises to seamlessly transition away from IBM Notes to other platforms like Google Apps or Microsoft Office 365. Our goal is to help enterprises to achieve these benefits efficiently, effortlessly and without disruption.”
