Management changes at Fujitsu Technology Solutions

Fujitsu Technology Solutions

Munich, October 31, 2012 Fujitsu today announces the appointment of Rod Vawdrey as interim CEO of Fujitsu Technology Solutions. Former CEO Rolf Schwirz has decided to leave the company.

Vawdrey, who is also Corporate Senior Vice President and President of International Business for Fujitsu Ltd, says: “On behalf of Fujitsu, I thank Rolf Schwirz for his high commitment to the company and wish him all the best for the future.”

Rod Vawdrey was appointed President of Global Business Group and Corporate Senior Vice President at Fujitsu Ltd in April 2011. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fujitsu Australia Ltd.
