In addition, movento will implement a contact management system, with an integrated calendar, action items, and e-mail (Outlook or Lotus Notes). Plus, movento will configure three types of activity, implement the SAP CRM document management system and create a typical online report in SAP CRM. Training of key users, the transfer of the pre-configured system into the product environment and support during go-live are also included.

In addition to the SAP CRM package, TDS and Fujitsu offer customers other comprehensive solutions – for example for Business Intelligence (BI) on the basis of SAP NetWeaver BW and BusinessObjects.  Theseprovide user departments with powerful analysis and reporting functions that they can employ themselves without extensive IT skills.  The modular design of the packages allows them to tailored to customers’ needs.  The quick and cost-effective solutions cover reporting, planning and consolidation.  They can also be bundled with SAP BusinessObjects licences and a suitably-sized Fujitsu Primergy Server.
