A message to our customers and partners

The continued spread and effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) are disrupting the everyday lives of people, society and businesses alike, and triggering inevitable and reasonable concerns among us all.

Nobody is certain on the eventual global impact of this unprecedented situation however we would like to reassure you that Fujitsu is taking a diligent and responsible approach with a particular focus on the health and wellbeing of its employees, customers and partners.

Across our business operations, Fujitsu has put in place wide-ranging actions to manage the impact on our employees, our service delivery and supply chain. These will remain in effect until such a time when the virus outbreak is brought under control. These actions include implementing remote and teleworking where this is possible, suspending business travel, restrictions on access to our critical locations and working with our partners and suppliers to collaborate on planning.

All Fujitsu locations, including our Global Delivery Centers, have implemented Business Continuity Planning measures and are continuing to operate in these extraordinary circumstances. These are tried-and-tested systems and processes that allow for extended use of remote and teleworking and are intended to help mitigate the impact of COVID-19.

My Leadership Team and I are personally engaged in the planning and implementation of these measures and my top priority is to manage this situation in the best way we can, drawing upon the expertise and experience of Fujitsu globally.

We are immensely proud of the attitude of all our employees in the face of this challenging situation, including those who are in the front line, supporting you with mission-critical activities and the national infrastructures relied on by society.
