Julien Lefebvre – Digital Transformation Lead

As a digital transformation leader, Julien helps business and technology leaders navigate existing and emerging technologies to innovate through digital and data-enabled transformations. He has an extensive portfolio of major project engagements, many at international, national, and enterprise levels in data-driven strategic reforms, complex technology systems implementation, integration and exchange frameworks, and advanced analytics platforms. Julien combines agile strategy, technology, and data science with creative design to build systems of intelligence and solve his clients’ most complex business and technology challenges. Julien has worked widely domestically and internationally in strategic reform, international business governance, and risk management across a range of industries including government, finance, infrastructure, international trade, law and justice, intelligence and security, healthcare, and education on a broad range of high-value / high risk and politically sensitive programs and initiatives.

Kylie McKenzie – Consulting Director

Kylie joins the Public Sector Digital Transformation team with 20+ years’ experience leading organisations through large-scale change. Her experience spans three countries, numerous digital transformation projects, and includes the development of enterprise-level strategies, plans, and roadmaps. She has conducted strategic vision exercises, advised on effective governance structures, and led organisation-wide data and information management reviews. Kylie brings a strong business-led and user-centred focus to the team, along with significant experience in stakeholder engagement and coordinating large-scale strategic consultation processes.

Peter Heather – Consulting Director

Peter has held leadership roles in sales, business architecture, and operations for the past 30 years having successfully developed and delivered complex operations and technical services across several organisations. Peter has successfully developed and managed delivery functions for Telstra Corporation, BHP Billiton, Department of Agriculture Water and Environment, and Bega Cheese including as acting CIO during the acquisition of the Vegemite business. In each of these roles Peter was responsible for achievement of all outcomes including economics, compliance, resource planning, and capability growth. He excels at partner negotiation, geographic resourcing, inclusive delivery team development, and organisation change management.

Adam Clarke – Lead Solution Architect

Adam brings 25+ years’ experience in ICT systems design, build, architecture, and innovation to the Public Sector Digital Transformation Team. Adam approaches delivery with pragmatism and innovation, designing solutions which are within the grasp of the current paradigm, while setting the direction for further growth. He is repeatedly the go-to technologist to solve the unsolvable, through out-of-the box design and implementation techniques that are firmly grounded in robust system design and reliability patterns. Adam builds strong customer relationships through transparency and accountability and in-depth understanding of systems and the underlying business value outcomes.
