Information Technology, Computer Science or Programming Degree related Roles
These roles may appeal to Graduates with a background or degree related to IT, Computer Science, Programming, or any other relevant degree/experience. We have a variety of roles available related to these degrees where you will develop technical skills/competencies and gain exposure to the corresponding business area. We have the following Graduate roles in this space for our 2025 Graduate Program:
Cyber Security – As a Fujitsu Cyber Security Services Graduate, you will work across multiple elements of cyber practices, rotating between Fujitsu acquisitions including oobe, MF & Associates, and InPhySec. You will develop:
- An understanding of how Fujitsu and its divisions operate
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Technical and critical thinking, including hands-on experience Presentation skills
Business Applications - Within our Business Applications area, we two role opportunities for graduates:
- Associate Software Developer Graduate: The Graduate, Associate Software Developer will support development (and/or maintenance) of applications that fulfil customer expectations from both a technical and business benefit perspective. As a valued member of our applications team, during the graduate program you will gain experience in application development, integration and provide client support across a range of industries.
- Business Analyst Graduate: The Graduate, Business Analyst will work as part of a team providing business consultancy to Fujitsu’s customers within Industry Solutions. This role will be required to research, synthesise and communicate to internal and external stakeholders’ initiatives related to Industry Solutions proposals. As a valued member of our Industry Solutions team, during the graduate program you will gain experience in application consultancy, contributions to the renewal and bid processes for customers and provide client support across a range of industries.
Hybrid IT – You will join our Hosting & Cloud team within Hybrid IT as a Technical Services Engineer Graduate. You will be a key supporter and contributor to digital services delivered to clients. The Graduate opportunities within Hosting & Cloud will focus on building skills, knowledge and experience aligned to areas of growth with Multi Cloud. In the role, Graduates will also exposure across the broader organisation to provide for a more complete learning path throughout the Graduate period. As part of the 12-month program, you will have varied experiences across a broad field to enable you to develop:
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Technical Analytical and critical thinking
- Understanding of IT operational practices, such as ITIL
- IT best practice and understanding of leading digital technologies
- Experience working in a multi-client organisation and IT best practices
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Understanding Fujitsu’s offerings

Our 2025 Graduate Program also offers roles in our Marketing and People & Culture business areas. These roles are an incredible opportunity to gain exposure and add value within our organisation. Find out more about these roles below:
Sales – As a Business Development Graduate, will have a unique opportunity to gain experience and exposure across many aspects of Fujitsu business. As part of your role, you will undergo an exciting rotation across our Industry Sales team and our Customer Success Management (CSM) team. Throughout the program, you will partake and contribute across our core industry teams, including Public Safety, Public Sector, Retail, Defence, Health or Commercial. You will also gain exposure to Consulting, Sales, and Customer Services Management. Graduates in this particular role will be able to work in a hybrid environment if preferred, however must have the ability to attend their local Fujitsu office as required. Other relevant skills for this role include:

People & Culture Graduate – The role holder will be required as part of their graduate program to rotate through specialisms of People and Culture (P&C), gaining expertise and exposure. The Graduate will contribute to key initiatives and projects through driving automation, process improvement, and adding value to the organisation. You will build relationships and work closely with all levels of management which will allow you to develop the communication skills required for a successful career.
Marketing Graduate - This a unique opportunity for the right person to accelerate their career and to own and drive Fujitsu’s Digital Transformation Journey as part of the Marketing team. Our Marketing Graduate will work directly across our Marketing area to assist with the execution and coordination of strategic industry events, bespoke third-party events, digital marketing, solution marketing and ABM. In this role, you will be required to work with various stakeholders across Fujitsu and external parties to build an event framework and conduct post event analysis. You will support Fujitsu APAC business objectives to support growth strategy and ensure a positive brand reputation for Fujitsu in the Region.
