Fujitsu is hiring graduates into three of our corporate function streams.
Graduates will work within the Finance and Business Processes team, to gain expertise in the practical application of accounting knowledge. Graduates will learn elements of Finance and key Business Processes and responsible for carrying out and maintaining accounting records to assist more senior accountants in providing data to Senior Management. Graduates will also have to produce financial reports for staff in the business to support the business units and accounting processes.
The graduate within the business system team will be able to gain expertise in business data interpretation that will provide the business with information designed to guide and assist business decisions and improvement initiatives. You will also gain experience in management analytics and gathering of information from various sources, to interpret patterns and trends.
The graduate in this role will work in a generalist role, with a focus on supporting the HR Business Partner and the Organisational, Learning and Development team. The graduate will gain expertise and exposure to all aspects of HR Generalist and Learning and Development function by owning and assisting a variety of projects and programs of work. The graduate will also gain exposure to activities such as providing advice to line managers around policy and employment matters.
