Fujitsu and Tokio Marine North America Services sign long-term managed services agreement

RICHARDSON, Texas — July 9, 2024

Fujitsu today announces the signing of a five-year managed services contract with Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNA Services, LLC) marking a significant milestone in their longstanding relationship. The contract, valued at USD $20M, will encompass a range of services including Service Desk, Desktop support, Human Resources IT operations, AMS, DBA and NOC services. This long-term partnership is set to run until March of 2029.

By leveraging Fujitsu's expertise and optimized IT infrastructure, TMNAS stands to benefit from enhanced efficiency and operational effectiveness. Fujitsu's global IT experience ensures that TMNAS has access to cutting-edge technology and skilled professionals who can manage their IT needs effectively.

TMNAS delivers core professional services across the U.S. and Mexico to the North American business of the Tokio Marine Group. Outsourcing elements of these critical services to Fujitsu allows TMNAS to focus on strategic initiatives without being bogged down by day-to-day operational challenges. This partnership provides TMNAS with the IT capability, capacity and coverage required to stay competitive in today's fast-paced business environment. In addition, Fujitsu and TMNAS are jointly looking for an opportunity to expand the services to support other Tokio Marine North America group companies.
