ScanSnap iX1600: The ultimate in personal productivity
With a speed of 40 pages per minute, the iX1600 gives time back to its users by automating essential tasks through predefined profile and task buttons on a 4.3 inch colour coded LCD touchscreen. With one touch, this model will automatically scan, recognise, and classify up to four different document types (documents, receipts, business cards and photos) and save them each to a preferred destination – even in the cloud. Wi-Fi enabled, the device can be set up to scan anywhere with a wireless network.
ScanSnap iX1400: Beautifully simple and effortlessly efficient
Offering advanced yet accessible technology that anyone can use, the iX1400 one button device offers the easiest way to scan, save and share at 40 pages per minute. Users just need to press the blue button to scan, then select from the Quick Menu what they want to do next – whether that’s creating searchable PDFs, or editable files in applications they know and use, such as Word, PowerPoint or Excel. USB connection means the iX1400 is ready to scan in record time with no complex settings to configure. Specialist features like the receipt guide make scanning easy, and users need not worry about scanning small or different types of documents separately.
ScanSnap Home software is included as standard with the ScanSnap iX1600 and iX1400, enabling users to easily manage, draft, edit and use scanned data. Documents can be automatically recognised and grouped according to document type, while folders, tags and keywords mean users can search and find information quickly and easily.
