Fujitsu Australia & New Zealand announce Graeme Beardsell as new CEO

Sydney, October 07, 2020 - Fujitsu today announced that Graeme Beardsell has been appointed to the role of CEO of Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand and will commence in the role on November 5, 2020.

Graeme is an accomplished technology executive with over 30 years of experience in senior management, P&L, sales, consulting, M&A and product management roles across start-ups and well-established companies, such as IBM, Salesforce, Experian and Akamai. Over the past 20 years, Graeme has been working in the Asia Pacific Region, during which time he has lived in several different countries. Graeme will join Fujitsu from Akamai, where he led the business across 15 countries in Asia Pacific for the past 6 years. As Managing Director for Asia Pacific & Japan at Akamai, Graeme has grown the business more than threefold, and driven strategies for investment and people development.

Graeme will be based in Melbourne, Australia, and will report to Hidenori Furuta, COO & CTO, Head of Global Solutions Business, Head of International Regions and Kazuo Yuasa, Vice Head of International Regions at Fujitsu Limited.
