Sydney, July 13, 2018 - Following on from Fujitsu’s recent announcement to expand its collaboration with strategic cloud providers Microsoft and VMware, the company today announced partnership enhancements with SAP to deliver accelerated, more effective digital transformation to its customers. Fujitsu is strengthening its multi-cloud integration and operations services to address the growing industry-wide cloud skills gap, underpinning its position as a leading global systems integrator.

With an extensive choice of cloud providers spanning multiple hyperscale services and platforms, Fujitsu is providing a comprehensive line-up of integration and operations services for organizations with hybrid IT and multi-cloud environments.

Enabling enterprises to accelerate cloud transformation and leverage multi-cloud solutions

With this approach Fujitsu enables enterprises to accelerate their cloud migration and deploy higher-quality operations rapidly. Fujitsu empowers customers to deploy best-of-breed services and solutions that meet specific performance and functionality requirements, instead of being forced into a one-size-fits-all solution, based on other integrators often favoring a single preferred cloud platform approach.

Key strategic multi-cloud partnerships with leading global enterprise cloud platform, services and application providers will start with Microsoft, VMware, and SAP, and Fujitsu will expand the lineup going forward. These new investments and partnerships remove the skills, experience and technology barriers facing enterprises on their digital transformation journeys, giving customers the confidence to embark on truly transformative, multi-cloud digital projects.

Mike Foster, Chief Executive Officer Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand said: “As digital transformation drives change in our customers’ business, we will continue to focus on supporting their digital journey. Our approach is to provide the right cloud for each specific business need from options available for private cloud and public cloud. By leveraging our investments in Australian cloud and data centre infrastructure, combined with strategic global and local partnerships we are in an excellent position to provide our customers with the appropriate cloud platform for their needs.”
