Fujitsu offers several Maintenance Services to maintain your scanner's high level of reliability and overall performance. These options can be added to the original standard warranty, ensuring that your scanner is always ready to work when you are.

Standard Warranty: Free First Year Warranty Plus Exchange Program.

With the Warranty Plus Exchange Program, when required, Fujitsu will advance ship a replacement scanner to your office usually within 48 hours.

Warranty Programs and Maintenance Services

On-Site Warranty

With On-Site Service, when required, a trained service technician will visit your office and perform any necessary maintenance on your Fujitsu scanner. Just make a simple call to schedule required on-site maintenance. On-Site Service coverage is available Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm local time, excluding holidays, and includes parts and labour.

  • Uplift to 1st year On-Site Warranty
    For those scanners that have a base warranty of 1 year Return to Depot, this offering upgrades the warranty to 1 year of On-Site Service.
  • 1 year On-Site Post Warranty Maintenance Agreement
    This offers 1 year On-Site maintenance coverage for post warranty years.
  • 3 Year On-Site Maintenance Bundle - Upfront savings of 20%
    Available only at the time of purchase of a new scanner.
    This offering provides 3 years of On-Site coverage on your new Fujitsu scanner. Purchasing this bundle provides a discount of 20% as compared to purchasing the maintenance coverage on a year-by-year basis

Return to Depot

With Return to Depot Service, when required, simply deliver your Fujitsu scanner to the nearest Return to Depot facility. Once repaired, Fujitsu will return the product to you via prepaid courier. Targeted turn-around for depot repairs is 4 to 6 business days.

Please contact us by form below for all inquiries and to arrange for your scanner drop-off at a designated Return to Depot Service Facility. 

Warranty Plus Exchange Program

With the Warranty Plus Exchange Program, when required, Fujitsu will advance ship a replacement scanner to your office usually within 48 hours. 

Fujitsu Canada, Inc. reserves the right to make the final decision on any warranty issue that may be questionable.
