Sydney, January 31, 2001

Fujitsu Australia has completed its senior management team with the appointment of Dan O'Hara as Executive General Manager, Solutions. CEO Phil Kerrigan now has five senior managers reporting to him across all business units.

Mr O'Hara is responsible for Fujitsu's "go to market" strategies, business partnerships and the overall projects / development business. Fujitsu plans to become the leading e-services business in Australia and New Zealand and the Solutions business is an integral component in achieving this objective.

Mr O'Hara, who has worked in the IT industry for more than 30 years, was previously CEO of TMP Worldwide's Contact business, responsible for the group's Call Centre business in Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to that, Mr O'Hara was with Data General for six years, the last four as Managing Director of its Australasian business before it was acquired by EMC at the end of 1999.
