Fujitsu partners with Alation to accelerate data-driven decision-making

Sydney, AUSTRALIA, September 15, 2023

Fujitsu, a global digital transformation company, has announced a strategic partnership with Alation, the data intelligence company. Fujitsu and Alation will empower enterprise customers to gain meaningful data-driven insights more rapidly through this partnership.

In today’s world of rapidly expanding sources of data, including Generative AI, the Internet of Things, and social media, as well as increasing complexity of data applications across cloud and on-premise sources, organisations are struggling to find, understand, and trust data, and use this information to drive excellent decisions and achieve sustainable advantage.

Combining Fujitsu’s end-to-end capabilities in advanced data analytics and Alation’s Data Intelligence Platform that makes it easy for more than 500 organisations to find, understand, and trust data, this partnership offers customers a streamlined approach to managing their data as a strategic asset. Customers will also benefit from deeper insights into how their data is sourced, managed, and reported, with improved transparency, accuracy, trust, and insights for their business operations.

“We are excited about our partnership with Alation. It will elevate Fujitsu’s ability to provide our customers with an integrated data solution to make more informed, data-driven decisions within their business. Together, Fujitsu and Alation will enable businesses to unlock the true potential of their data assets with confidence and trust,” said Fujitsu’s Acting Head of Data & AI, Chris Benson.

“The vast amount of data available to businesses, its many touch points, and the level of complexity can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to reporting. Our partnership with Fujitsu will allow data and business users to cut through these barriers and provide detailed, data-driven insights for their customers to make more informed, trusted business decisions,” said Eyal Mekler, GM, Asia-Pacific for Alation.
