SYDNEY, November 10, 2021Fujitsu Australia today announced it has been named a Leader in three categories in the ISG Provider LensTM: Future of Work – Services and Solutions 2021 report. The three categories are Managed Employee Experience Services, Managed Digital Workplace Services and Workplace Strategy Transformation Services.

Published by leading global technology research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG), the report covers providers’ products and services that help enterprises secure user identity, data and devices, provide unified collaboration and communication, enhance digital dexterity and productivity, all within the challenges of the evolving workplace due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first of three Quadrants in which Fujitsu is named Leader in Australia is Managed Employee Experience services. In fact, Fujitsu is the outright category Leader. This quadrant assesses providers that offer value-added managed services not only for enabling the workplace technology ecosystem but also for enhancing the end-user experience. According to ISG, “employee experience is at the core of Fujitsu’s transformation program in Australia. It includes baseline persona, workstyles and work type assessment. Fujitsu recognises that the human aspects of the program are going to be the factors that drive engagement, well-being, and performance. Fujitsu has an advanced managed employee experience offering and a strong Australian workplace services practice across a wide range of industries.”

Fujitsu was also named a Leader in Workplace Strategy Transformation Services in Australia. This quadrant evaluates service providers that offer professional and transformation-oriented consulting for the future of work. According to ISG, “Fujitsu Australia has a highly developed workplace transformation strategy that commences at a strategic level and focusses on the identification of customer-specific value.”

Additionally, Fujitsu was named a Leader in Managed Digital Workplace Services in Australia. This quadrant assesses service providers that offer end-to-end managed services, including workplace support, desktop engineering, managed mobility services and virtualized workspaces. According to ISG, “Fujitsu's managed workplace service strategy is to offer Australian organisations a transformative experience focused on enhancing productivity, experience and wellbeing of their employees to support their digital transformation journey. Fujitsu’s major strength is its powerful Fujitsu Work Life Shift set of offerings which is focused on delivering the outcome of borderless offices, smart working and driving a cultural change.”

According to ISG, Leaders are providers who can demonstrate both portfolio attractiveness and competitive strength. To achieve coveted leadership status, providers must have proven competencies in innovation, power, stability, ecosystem, business model and backed by case studies – as well as requiring a strong strategy and vision.

Charles Ponniah, Head of Portfolio, Digital Workplace, Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand, said, “Fujitsu is a trusted partner to our many customers in providing their workforce with highly personalized workplace transformation, support and experienced-driven services. We help them drive engagement, productivity and collaboration across the business, particularly as they navigate the evolving operating landscape that the pandemic has created from a hybrid working perspective. Being recognised as a Leader by ISG is testament to our continued dedication to supporting our customers in enabling a platform for their digital transformation journey. We are certainly excited to be able to continue helping our customers maximise their current investments in workplace technology.”
