Fujitsu Asia Tops Cisco Systems’ Customer Satisfaction Survey

Leading regional IT and communications solutions provider Fujitsu Asia Pte Ltd offers the best customer service among all product resellers for networking solutions provider Cisco Systems, a recent survey has found.
The annual Cisco-conducted survey seeks to gather feedback on the level of customer service provided by Cisco’s systems integration (SI) partners. Resellers of Cisco products, such as Fujitsu, have to meet the survey requirements every year to be recertified as a Cisco SI partner.
For the survey conducted during Cisco’s most recent fiscal year ending July 2004, Fujitsu scored a customer satisfaction rating of 4.73 – the highest score among Cisco’s SI partners, and way above the 4.09 rating needed for a successful recertification.
Customers who had at least one Cisco solution implemented during Cisco’s fiscal year 2004 were invited to participate in the survey. Respondents were asked to comment on the skill sets of partners in implementing Cisco solutions.
Of these customers, 40 provided feedback on Fujitsu’s services. These include:
- Transtel Engineering Pte Ltd, for whom Fujitsu implemented a routing and switching solution within a wireless local area network (WLAN)
- The National University of Singapore, for whom Fujitsu provided WLAN, Internet Protocol (IP) communications, optical networking and other solutions
- Crimson Logic, for whom Fujitsu implemented an IP communications and Virtual Private Network (VPN)/Security system
