Singapore-based Fujitsu Asia Pte Ltd (Fujitsu Asia), a leading IT and telecommunications solution provider, today announced its 'Click to Meet Express' Web Conferencing Solution that will assist companies to continue having business meetings anytime anywhere despite issues like the current SARS situation. 'Click to Meet Express' enables dispersed groups to meet online and conduct more effective, collaborative meetings.

Mr. Yeo added that the concurrent usage license scheme allows unlimited number of conference end points with the addition of more cameras and microphones making it the most cost effective solution available.

Now ad-hoc web conferences with employees, partners and customers can be created on-the-fly and virtually anyone with an Internet connection and a PC can attend. The industry-unique approach to this multipoint conferencing solution is its intelligent multipoint audio and video which allows participants to choose who they will see. This differs from many low cost point-to-point conference currently available on the market.

With a rich palette of easy to use tools, including presentations, multipoint video, application sharing, and business quality audio, each participant chooses the collaboration tools most appropriate to the interaction.

Slated as next generation web conferencing, this solution allows conferencing participants to present or share Powerpoint, Excel, Word and multiple graphic image format documents presentation capabilities to multiple parties for realtime collaboration. Such presentations can be uploaded and displayed on-the-fly or saved in advance and made available for download after the conference is finished
