Fujitsu Philippines, Inc. Commitment to Data Privacy

Our corporate philosophy (“FUJITSU Way”) comprises of four core elements. One of them, the Code of Conduct, are rules and guidelines followed by everyone in the Fujitsu Group. Part of it specifically states our compliance with all laws and regulations. As Republic Act No. 10173 started to be implemented, we in turn responded accordingly, registering in the National Privacy Commission.

Data in the 21st century is everywhere and its worth increases at a steady pace. There are concerns then on the possibility of data, especially personal and sensitive information, being used for purposes outside of the owner’s interests.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our people, and those we do business with. In order to ensure safety and confidentiality of your Personal Data, we have developed a Privacy Policy that aims to ensure that all appropriate standards for personal data protection in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations are put in place and implemented effectively.
