Siebel Analyst (CRM CoE Business Integrator)


  • Must have minimum 3 years regional support experience at multinational environment.
  • Must have a strong support background and knowledge in Siebel ePharma 7.8.
  • Must have provided Siebel Application support to end users.
  • Must have knowledge of SFA business processes.
  • Must have good understanding of Siebel functionality such as: siebel organization structure, call planning and management, calendar, activity reporting, targeting processes, territory alignment processes, accounts, contacts etc.
  • Must have Tier2 experience at regional level.
  • Must have support the Siebel application and processes, working collaboratively with partner organization in supporting users through problem resolution and change management
