Approach to Universal Design
Fujitsu Group promotes "ICT Universal Design", aiming at realizing a society that can be safe, comfortable, and rich in life.
We will introduce the approach to Universal Design of Fujitsu Frontech.
ATM "Fujitsu Financial solutions FACT-X"
We develop and manufacture ATMs. "FACT-V", which was among the first to adopt universal design, was released in 1999. Since then, we have continued to develop its technology with the concept of "ease of use for everyone".
In February 2024, "FACT-X" received the gold award in the product design category of the "IAUD International Design Award" (*1) conducted by the International Association for Universal Design (IAUD). (Share the gold award with Fujitsu Limited)

As one of the activities of The International Association for Universal Design, it recognize groups and individuals who have conducted or proposed particularly noteworthy activities aimed at realizing a UD society in which everyone - regardless of age, gender, nationality, ethnicity, culture, nationality, customs, or other factors - can live comfortably, without feeling any undue inconvenience.

"Fujitsu Healthcare Solution MediTrend" Display System for Medical Institution
"MediTrend" provides various in-hospital information required from the outpatient visit to the completion of accounting and medication. Taking people who have various color vision into consideration, it was developed along the Color Universal Design, which was designed to provide the accurate information to everyone, and we obtained the certification of the NPO, Color Universal Design Organization.
