SPARC Enterprise M8000

Higher reliability than a mainframe, virtualization by partitioning and Capacity On Demand (COD). Scalable to Max.64 cores and 1TB memory. Suitable for large system consolidation and data warehouse applications.

  • Dual crossbars ensure service availability even during a crossbar failure
  • In-built redundant XSCF (eXtended System Control Facility) service processors monitor and control the server environment, locally or remotely (via LAN)
