Inbound Sales Agent
Job Description:
- Successful candidates will be doing up-selling of IT Products, answering order calls, guiding customers on the products being ordered, giving order status information and responding to order change requests.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months experience Call Center experience handling a Sales account preferably selling IT Products (specifically Hardware).
- Must be technically competent.
- Must have completed at least 3 years of College education.
- Must be willing to work at night or on graveyard shift and shifting schedules.
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
All candidates must have the following additional qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong multi-national, multi-cultural experience and orientation.
- Customer focused
