Positive employee wellbeing is recognised as a factor which strongly impacts broader Employee Engagement. Increased engagement is widely acknowledged as a contributing factor to improved company performance so a focus on ensuring the Wellbeing of all our employees makes sound business sense.
Our ambition for Wellbeing is to achieve a market leading and best practice approach across all of Fujitsu Americas. We want to improve the health, safety and wellbeing of employees by creating an environment that promotes a state of contentment, which allows employees to flourish and achieve their full potential for the benefit of themselves and the organization. This encompasses the career, social, financial, physical and mental health of employees in recognizing that employees work life, values, personal development and health contributes to their overall wellbeing at work.
We are proud to have over 300 employees across the Americas complete fitness and wellbeing challenges in summer 201, both individually and as teams!
We are pleased to offer a number of benefits to recognise and respond to employee wellbeing needs, including an Employee Health Club Subsidy and a formal Flexible and Remote Work Policy. We also get involved with multiple fitness and wellness challenges throughout the year, such as the Global Challenge!
