Therese McNicholas is head of Business Operations for Fujitsu Americas. In this role, Therese works across the Americas Leadership Team to manage strategic oversight of compliance, governance and assurance functions, driving efficiencies to ultimately enable the business to deliver profitable growth.
In addition to compliance, governance and business assurance, Therese’s oversight includes Corporate Strategy, Workforce Optimization, Project Management Office, Sales Operations, Bid Proposal, offerings governance and regional security and risk. Among her key calls to action is building and managing the Americas’ Responsible Business Practice including strengthening the company’s corporate, social and environmental responsibility activities.
Therese has been with Fujitsu for six years, initially serving as vice president in Business and Application Services (BAS) overseeing the company’s Software-as-a-Service practice. In 2012, she was appointed to the role of VP BAS Operations and assumed responsibility for BAS Offering Management, Strategy and Operations.
Therese McNicholas has more than 25 years of experience from both client and supplier sides and in a number of roles including P&L leadership, pursuit and program management, operations, delivery, strategy and professional services, and she has worked at leading services providers throughout her career. She has held leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, IBM and Chordiant Software and also spent 10 years in the Consumer Products industry at Unilever and Philip Morris focused on Sales Force Automation, IT strategy and Customer Service.
