Details
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DIAGNOSIS. THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL MESSAGE INDICATING THAT THE SYSTEM IS GOING TO ATTEMPT TO
REBOOT AND WHAT OPERATOR ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO PRESERVE ERROR INFORMATION.
The Message ID: SUNOS-8000-0G indicates errors detected by the Solaris kernel required immediate reboot to preserve system integrity.
The system will attempt to save the error information and then perform diagnosis as the system reboots. The system administrator should look for furtherdiagnosis information that pertains to the actual system fault in the system messages after reboot. Any further action would be dictated by those messages.
In the event that the system is unable to save or process the information and system diagnosis fails, the information from the system console may be useful intrying to manually diagnose a system failure. Please have this information available when placing a service call for additional help.
