HEMT (1980)
HEMT stands for High Electron Mobility Transistor. HEMT is an ultra-fast transistor with low-noise performance first developed by Fujitsu in 1980. HEMT is used for components and systems that require continuous, high-speed data processing, such as automobile radar systems, mobile phone base stations, and car navigation systems.
