Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc.
Frisco, TX, April 30, 2007 — Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc. today announced a new agreement with Dress Barn, Inc. (NASDAQ: DBRN) that will upgrade in-store hardware, software and services for the retailer’s 800-store dressbarn and 500-store maurices brands. The deal enhances Fujitsu’s ongoing relationship with Dress Barn, Inc. that dates back to 2004.
The new agreement for in-store retail technology includes the following components for both the dressbarn and maurices brands:
