Fujitsu Selected by Government of Alberta to Provide Service Desk Services for All Ministries

Sunnyvale, CA, September 8, 2014 – Fujitsu, a leading information communication technology (ICT) company, today announced that the Government of Alberta (GoA) has signed an agreement with Fujitsu Consulting (Canada), Inc., to manage and operate the Service Desk Services (SDS) for all ministries of the provincial Government. During the span of the 7-year contract with an option for 3 additional years, which is valued between USD $20-$30 million, Fujitsu will deliver the solution to the GoA's entire user base of up to 30,000 total users.
