Fujitsu Limited announces nominations to its Board of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members based on the recommendations of the Company's Executive Nomination Committee. The nominations are subject to approval at meetings of the Board of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members, following the Annual Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for June 23, 2014.
