Fujitsu Laboratories Announces Executive Appointments

Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd.

Kawasaki, Japan, May 23, 2013

Following a meeting of its Board of Directors today, Fujitsu Laboratories Limited announced the following Board of Directors reappointments and new appointment, which will take effect after approval at its Annual Shareholder's Meeting scheduled for June 24, 2013 and a subsequent extraordinary meeting of its Board of Directors.
