Fujitsu Announces Nominations to Board of Directors and Board of Auditors

Tokyo, March 28, 2013

Fujitsu Limited today announced nominations to its Board of Directors and Board of Auditors based on the recommendations of the Company's Executive Nomination Committee. The nominations are subject to approval at meetings of the Board of Directors and Board of Auditors, following the Annual Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for June 24, 2013.
