Fujitsu Laboratories Announces Executive Appointments and Resignations

Following a meeting of its Board of Directors today, Fujitsu Laboratories Limited announced the following Board of Directors reappointments, new appointments, and resignations, which will take effect after approval at an extraordinary shareholder’s meeting scheduled for May 21, 2011 and the subsequent meeting of its Board of Directors.
