Fujitsu Announces Executive Appointment and Resignation

Tokyo, September 30, 2009 — Fujitsu Limited today announced the following executive appointment and resignation, effective October 1, 2009.

Appointment

	Name	New Title	Current Titles
New Appointment	Nobuo Otani	Corporate Vice President	President, Mobile Phones Unit

Nobuo Otani will serve concurrently as General Manager of the Ubiquitous Business Strategy Division, Ubiquitous Products Business Group, effective the same date.

Resignation

	Name	Current Titles
Resignation	Hironobu Nishikori	Corporate Vice President President, Storage Products Unit

Hironobu Nishikori will transfer to Toshiba Corporation on October 1, 2009, in conjunction with the transfer of Fujitsu's hard disk drive business to Toshiba on the same date.
