Fujitsu Revises Earnings Projections for First-Half FY 2009

Fujitsu announced today that it has revised its consolidated earnings projections for fiscal 2009, previously announced on July 30, 2009.

2. Reasons for Revisions to Earnings Projections
Projections have been revised in accordance with the sale of shares in Fanuc Ltd. on August 21, 2009. The net income projections reflect the one-time gain on sale of investment securities.
