[1] the smallest base station in its class
The WX300 is the smallest among all-in-one base stations which incorporate the wireless transceiver, wireless signal processor, media converter, GPS receiver, and power supply in a single enclosure. Based on Fujitsu research as of February 6, 2008.
[2] Gallium-nitride High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT)
Gallium nitride (GaN) semiconductors are more resistant to breakdown at a given voltage than conventional semiconductors, such as silicon or gallium arsenide, a characteristic that gives them higher electrical efficiency and enables them to be driven at higher voltages, for high-speed data processing, when used in a HEMT structure.
[3] Digital pre-distortion (DPD) technology
Technology that adds an input signal with the opposite characteristics to the distortion generated in an amplifier, thereby correcting the distortion in advance.
