Period closes for Fujitsu Services' public tender offer for GFI Informatique in France
Tokyo, August 9, 2007 — Fujitsu Limited announced that the public tender offer period opened on July 2, 2007 for Fujitsu Services, Fujitsu Limited's wholly owned subsidiary based in the U.K., to acquire the entire issued share capital of GFI Informatique of France has closed on August 8, 2007.
The French regulatory body (AMF) is scheduled to report the results of the tender offer on August 14 or thereafter, and Fujitsu Services and Fujitsu Limited will issue announcements following the AMF's report.
