Fujitsu Announces Resignation of Corporate Vice President

Tokyo, June 18, 2007 — Following a meeting of its Board of Directors on June 15, 2007 Fujitsu Limited today announced that Toshio Morohoshi has resigned as Corporate Vice President, effective June 17.
