Fujitsu Announces Executive Appointments and Resignations

Tokyo, May 25, 2006

Following a meeting of its board of directors today, Fujitsu Limited announced the following executive appointments and resignations.

Change in Appointments to the Board of Directors

Pending approval at a special meeting of the board of directors to take place following the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on June 23, 2006, the following current members of the board of directors will assume the concurrent titles of Representative Director and Corporate Senior Executive Vice President of Fujitsu Limited.

Candidate for Standing Auditor and Resignation of Standing Auditor

Hirohisa Yabuuchi, currently Corporate Senior Vice President, Fujitsu Limited, will be nominated for the position of Standing Auditor at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on June 23, 2006. At the same time, Hiromasa Inagaki, who currently serves as Standing Auditor, will resign that position and is expected to be appointed as Executive Vice President of PFU Limited.
