Fujitsu Announces Executive Appointments and Resignations
Tokyo, May 26, 2005 — Following a meeting of its board of directors today, Fujitsu Limited announced the following executive appointments and resignations.
Candidates for Auditors (new appointments only):
Following the planned resignations of auditors Takeo Kato and Katsuhiko Kondo at the expiration of their current term, the following candidates will be proposed for nomination as auditors at the 105th General Shareholders' Meeting, scheduled for June 23, 2005.
