Fujitsu Limited

Tokyo, April 19, 2016

Fujitsu today announced that it has newly formulated the Fujitsu Group Information Security Policy to conform to the "Cybersecurity Management Guidelines"(1) announced in December 2015 by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Information-Technology Promotion Agency.

The Fujitsu Group Information Security Policy is a global security policy that covers the entire Fujitsu Group according to decisions of the Risk Management & Compliance Committee(2).

METI expects that, through the Cybersecurity Management Guidelines, companies will formulate measures for cybersecurity risks and promulgate them both within and outside the organization. The Fujitsu Group, abiding by the spirit of the Guidelines, makes public its Information Security Policy and continues the improvement of its information security both within and outside the company.
