Fujitsu Laboratories Announces Executive Appointments and Resignations

Following a meeting of its Board of Directors today, Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd. announced the following Board of Directors reappointments, new appointments, and resignations, which are planned to take effect upon approval at an extraordinary shareholder's meeting scheduled for June 23, 2014 and the subsequent meeting of its Board of Directors.
