What is the ITMS Syndicated Agreement?

The IT Managed Services (ITMS) Syndicated Agreement is a new government initiative which aims to drive down costs of IT for government agencies by promoting simplicity and standardisation to leverage syndicated volume discounting.

The ITMS Syndicated Agreement makes it easy for you to purchase mature, consistent and reliable end to end IT services. Fujitsu’s Service Catalogue provides 11 ‘Services Towers’ to select from, giving you the flexibility to select services that are the right fit for your agency. There are four base services that provide the foundation, on top of which you can select any or all of the additional services from the catalogue, and add, remove or scale these over time as your business requirements change.

Are you eligible?

Any Government agency is eligible to purchase the ITMS Syndicated Agreement services from Fujitsu without the need to go through the cost of an open market tender. Every Public Sector Department, Crown Entity, State Owned Enterprise, Local Government Authority, City Council and public sector organisations are eligible.
