Each company can record their own company details that will appear on reports and invoices generated by the system. Job numbers and invoice numbers are under user control to allow customisation to suit each company. The system allows parameters to be defined to suit each company's operation.

The system allows many barcoded masks to be setup that define the data format within a business’s tracking labels barcode. This means that the service standard, product type, ticket portion or customer can be embedded within the barcode. When the ticket is scanned, these details can be extracted to automate processing.
The CourierMaster Ticket Sales screen allows your barcoded product to be scanned at point of sale providing rapid assignment of books or packs of product to the sale. The system then produces a laser quality invoice that can be delivered with the product to improve cashflow.
CourierMaster supports the redemption of product by drivers based on their pickup and deliveries. These can be via a run sheet that is scanned at the depot or on the business’s choice of driver handheld scanner. Using the optional ImageMaster module, CourierMaster can support high speed processing of driver run sheets using a Kodak image scanner. This scanner scans the driver's run sheet to read the barcodes and processes these redemptions into the track and trace database.
CourierMaster provides a simple to use view of the tracking history of any item that is processed into the system. This includes tracking the item into stock, the client sale and movement history within the business’s transport network.
CourierMaster includes a simple to use Job Entry and Despatch screen. The system is designed for rapid entry of information by the use of quick lookup options to identify the customer booking the job. Once the customer is identified, the system allows rapid despatch of the job to the regular driver for this client. The optional IVR module allows your customers to request pickups via a touch tone telephone.
The Job Despatch screen is designed to monitor delivery of jobs to your driver fleet.
CourierMaster optionally supports messaging of pickups to your driver fleet using in-vehicle Mobile Data Terminals (MDT’s) or handheld devices such as a cellphone.
The CourierMaster invoice is a laser quality document that can be customised to suit the specific requirements of each of our customers. Invoices are able to be recalled on screen to answer any customer enquiry.
Invoices can be produced in PDF format for e-mailing directly to your customers.
CourierMaster includes a full suite of operational reports for all activity.
The Client Sales report allows easy selection of customer range, date range and products to provide a real time view of the business’s revenue performance.
Using the SQL database, customised reports are easily produced and data can be accessed directly via spreadsheets or word processing.
CourierMaster is designed to be fully integrated with any two-way mobile data communications solution, including MDTs or PDAs. A CourierMaster mobile data solution will deliver improved driver efficiency with a voiceless and paperless operating environment.
CourierMaster includes an optional Client Web module. This module provides full self service options including bookings, price enquiries, tracking and invoice re-print options. Each client is also able to maintain their own list of frequent pickup and delivery addresses.
CourierMaster also includes an optional Customer Web Track and Trace module and a Job Booking (pickup request) module.
CourierMaster is designed to be integrated with the business’s accounting system of choice.
