In the latest Storage Performance Council's(*Note 1) SPC Benchmark-1™(*Note 2) , evaluating IOPS, $/IOPS and response times, Fujitsu Storage ETERNUS DX200 S3 has reigned supreme over all dual controller midrange storage systems, and even some multi controller enterprise class storage systems (January 2014).
For companies faced with a limited storage budget, Fujitsu Storage ETERNUS DX200 S3 allows them to take advantage of outstanding performance at a low cost. Particularly for small and medium sized businesses (SMB), the entry class storage solution can help gain greater business insight and strengthen market competiveness. Leveraging functionality in the new ETERNUS DX system to prioritize specific business processes such as; online transaction processing (OLTP), business intelligence applications and real-time big data analytics, it can deliver the same performance levels as higher class solutions.
The high response time and throughput architecture of Fujitsu Storage ETERNUS DX S3 forms a powerful platform, even for mission-critical environments where large database processing and OLTP is required. Moreover the ETERNUS DX drives advantages in both speed and costs for server consolidation and/or virtualization (server or VDI) environment which typically requires higher performance. For enterprises planning similar business improvements in the future, the unmatched performance of Fujitsu Storage ETERNUS DX S3 ensures investment in additional resources is not necessary.
With remarkable scalability and flexibility in both capacity and connectivity, the ETERNUS DX family caters to the IT requirements of businesses of all sizes, irrespective of budget limitations.
