Fujitsu's FeRAM employed as a critical memory for a small satellite "HORYU-IV"

Fujitsu's FeRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) was employed as a critical memory for an Arc Event Generator and Investigation Satellite (AEGIS), "HORYU-IV", launched successfully by the H-IIA Launch Vehicle No.30 on February 17, 2016 attached with an X-ray astronomy satellite "Hitomi" (ASTRO-H) by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).
