Action Plan

We will persist in our support for employees to balance their work and parenting responsibilities. In addition, we are formulating an action plan to ensure that all employees can work in a healthy manner, both physically and mentally, while leveraging their own strengths.

Goal 1: To achieve a rate of 30% or more for parental leave acquisition for purposes such as paternity leave

 From April 2023

  • Introduce examples of male employees who have taken childcare leave
  • Information on parental leave for male employees who have recently welcomed a child, including guidance for their supervisors
  • Improving the satisfaction of parental leave for male employees

Goal 2: Achieve an average of 15 days or more for annual paid leave

[Measures]

 From April 2023

  • Promotion of annual leave acquisition through the establishment of recommended annual paid leave days
  • Share information on the status of annual paid leave at labor-management meetings
  • Promote visibility of employees' annual paid leave status
  • Improve employee satisfaction with taking annual paid leave

Goal 3: Maintain an average of 40 hours or less of overtime work per month and zero employees with an annual average of 60 hours or more

  • Further promote and establish efficient and flexible ways of working that are not bound by place or time
  • Share information on working hours at labor-management meetings
  • Promote visibility of employees' working hours
