Action Plan
We continue to support employees' efforts to balance work and childcare and have formulated an action plan as follows so that all employees can work physically and mentally in good health, while making the most of their strengths.

Goal1: Promotion of utilization of systems for flexible working style related to the balance between work and childcare
[Measures]
From April 2020
- Consider further promotion of the use of systems for flexible working styles
(Study further promotion of the use of telecommuting and telework systems and satellite work, taking childcare and nursing care into account. - Study and implement training for improvement of the working environment to make better use of systems for flexible working styles.
Goal2: Revision of the leave system and promotion of utilization of the system toward the balance between work and childcare
[Measures]
From April 2020
- Review of leave system for family care
(Operation study of introduction of accumulated leave on an hourly basis for childcare and nursing care, and revision of the object scope of nursed children for obtaining the accumulated leave)
From April 2021
- Encouraging male employees to take leave to nursing care for family members.
