Retail Tech JAPAN 2023 Event report

Fujitsu Frontech will exhibit at Fujitsu booth of Retail Tech JAPAN 2024 to be held from March 12th to 15th, 2024 at Tokyo Big Sight, TOKYO, JAPAN. Last year's Retail Tech JAPAN 2023 report can be read below.

The 39th general exhibition of retail information systems "Retail Tech JAPAN 2023" and the hybrid exhibition "Retail Tech JAPAN Online" were held from February 28. Thank you very much for coming.

TeamManage is a service that supports the entire deployment of devices critical to business transformation.

Hoopo, an outdoor location detection solution, and MOOV, a cloud POS system for second-hand stores.

TeamCloud/CM

It is a cash management and operation service that packages cloud, deposit and withdrawal machines, service centers, and security services. With the introduction of TeamCloud/CM, we will reduce the burden of working with cash and contribute to work style reform.
We also support the optimization of store operations by providing unified cash management at all stores.

At the exhibition, we demonstrated cash management and operation services using actual machines, and also introduced examples of efficiency improvements by automatically creating cash matching materials and analyzing store cash using various data such as deposit-and-withdraw machines, point-of-sale registers, and inspection results.

Support for a wide range of tasks, including handling inquiries, receiving repairs, and assisting with customer service on e-commerce sites, is provided by an AI chatbot (EC concierge) and a help desk. AI Chatbot FAQ Accelerate resolution time with automated responses, and connect with the help desk to resolve customer issues as soon as possible for inquiries that require conversation.
