Customer Centric Design

ICT products and services have different customer needs and advantages due to their stance regarding ICT, such as purchaser, operator, or service user, etc. Fujitsu thoroughly considers the customer's standpoint to supply optimum designs to the user as solutions by optimizing the use scenario. By putting ourselves in the place of customers with their differing viewpoints, we have created a new attractiveness for these products and services, and comprehensively consider the economic benefits and universal design to implement design activities.

Designs from 1 person point of view

Products and services that are purchased and used directly by the consumer, such as mobile phones and PCs, are designed to be attractive from the viewpoint of the user, by accurately identifying the customer's needs.

Designs from 2 person point of view

Products and services that its purchaser and user are not the same person, such as servers and office systems, are designed by considering the expectations and benefits to the purchaser, and the workability and productivity of the user.

Designs from 3 person point of view

Products and services used by "customer's customers", such as ATMs, POS, and web services, are designed by considering universal usage that can be used by anybody, in addition to user tastes and locality, and administrator workability and productivity, as well as the expectations and benefits to the purchaser, as the purchaser, administrator, and user are different.
