Ensuring customer satisfaction by measuring performance criteria from the end user perspective

Our Managed User Experience service measures and reports on the actual performance of your services from the users’ perspectives. We provide you with exception reports that identify problems experienced by your users when accessing or using your services, against your baseline. This allows you to respond to potential user issues as they occur, and respond proactively before they interrupt your services delivery.

Fujitsu uses a combination of best of breed software to proactively monitor your applications/web interfaces where your users interact. This provides you with visibility on any events that may impact services to the end users. A service notification is sent to the customer’s designated contact(s) who thereafter assume responsibility for managing the incident from inception to resolution, with updates to the key stakeholders as agreed.
